My Investment Banking client based in the City of London is currently seeking a FIX Engineer to join their team.
Key Skills for a Fix Engineer:
*MUST have experience of supporting a FIX environment.
*Experience of working a client-facing role.
*Knowledge of business process flows in Cash Equities electronic trading.
*MUST have Investment Banking or Investment Services.
*Strong UNIX experience.
*Superb knowledge of FIX protocol.
*Strong communication skills.
The role:
*Problem management (1st line support of FIX environment).
*Certification and Testing of Client and Vendor systems.
*System Management (day to day).
*Implementation of new client connections.
*Implementation of new vendor systems.
