Your tasks:
- Managing individual cases (Inquiries, Complaints) according to regulatory and ISO Quality system requirements and needs of the Country Organizations, ranging from creation, acceptance, classification, investigation, complete documentation, on-site trouble shooting (if required) and resolution of product issues in a timely manner
- Designing and performing investigations (component tests, data analysis etc.) to ensure an efficient approach for root cause analysis
- By collaborating and interfacing with Business Area and global functions, ensure appropriate measures and workarounds from cases are derived
- Communicate quality related information to the Country Organizations in a timely manner and create regular reports to document in-market product quality and performance
- Provide information from cases in order to update product documentation
- Support constant evaluation of global case resolution vs. regional and local practice
Your qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Informatics or Natural Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or equivalent professional experience
- Willingness and ability to handle HW, SW, connectivity and application aspects of the analyzers
- Work experience in the area of medical technology in either 1st or 2nd level support or R&D/Operations related functions is desired
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential, fluent communication skills in German are desired
- Strong ability to handle multiple issues/cases in parallel
- Efficient documentation in MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
