Our client is an award-winning wealth management provider with a very large and well established customer base. They have a reputation for continual product innovation in super, insurance and investments and are a household name both locally and globally. Due to continuous growth and an ever increasing pipeline of work they are looking at a couple of additional Business Analysts to work on a 3yr project of work.

The team consists of high performing Architects, Project Managers, Analyst Programmers, Business Analysts, Specialist platform consultants and developers. The nature of their analysis work spans both the business and technology side in a hybrid arena that both identifies problems and defines solutions.

The role sits in a pre-defined project stream (Advice) that is responsible for the impact analysis and timely delivery of enhancements and adjustments to both IT systems and business processes within Financial Advice and Wealth Accounting. This will see you work at all levels of the business and take independent ownership to plan and manage your own work. This will see you draw on your extensive experience as a business analyst with a robust toolkit for evaluating issues and scoping solutions. This is an initial 6month contract in a longer program of work so highly likely to be extended and it is in an organization that heavily promotes internal mobility.

Requirements of the role:

  • 5+ Years as a Business Analyst in Wealth Management, Superannuation and/or Insurance
  • Strong Business focused Snr BA that is familiar with complex wealth products in particular derivatives, futures & hedging.
  • Experience working with Senior Business Stakeholder to shape technically complex product structures, processes, operating models, tax requirements etc
  • Experience working with Senior Stakeholders from across both the business and IT.
  • Highly motivated BA that is able to plan and manage their own work and is very proactive and self sufficient
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record of working to tight time lines and delivering high quality outcomes
