Senior Network engineer - CCNP certified
My customer urgently requires a Network engineer to oversee projects and run daily operations of their network. The ideal candidate MUST be CCNP certified.
Main tasks:
*System Configuration & Tuning of Network environments
*System implementation of Network environments
*Creation of procedures and documentation
*Working closely together with the Project Manager
*Define Scoping with the client
*Level 3 support for Network
*Consultancy & Feedback towards Support teams
Knowledge must be strong in:
*IP protocols
*Routing and switching
*Firewalls such as Cisco & Checkpoint
*Loadbalancing: Cisco ACE and/or F5
*TCP/IP, DNS, Tacacs…
*Juniper
*Cisco 6500
*Nexus
*Datacenter Design experience
*All routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, …)
*VRF-lite
*Knowledge of ITIL Processes is an asset
This is a 3 month contract that is highly likely to extend, based in Brussels in Belgium. This role is paying market rates for around €350 a day.
