My client, a global FMCG company are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join their Global Headquarters. This is a contract position with the option to go permanent. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with in Beauty and cosmetics.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global FMCG company and work on a very prevalent brand, we are looking for candidates with significant experience with in Beauty and cosmetics who are at the commercially minded and Brand leaders.

The Role:

Brand Plans:
* Develop the Brand Marketing Plan
* Develop the Brand Marketing Plan for the brand (with in Beauty and Cosmetics)
* Implement integrated above and below the line brand plans
* Liaise with Category brand developers to ensure suitability of mix for local market
* Liaise with Global Team to land the appropriate mix for local market.
* Manage the local activation of NPD from contract onwards.
* Manage the local brand budget.
* Adjust brand plans in the light of new category understanding, competitor activity or changes in mix

Business Group strategy.
* Work with Business Group Operations Manager to ensure no conflict exists across portfolio activity; marketing plans are implemented down to individual channel level; and maximum synergy is achieved between customer and brand objectives.

Media:
* Own the local CCP process.
* Brief all media requirements to media manager/agency.
* Development of media brief/media plan.

In respect of the brand developers to:
* Input local consumer and brand insight into Innovation projects
* Identify gap areas in consumer understanding and ensure that these are covered
* Identify innovation ideas/opportunities and feedback.

In respect of Consumer Understanding:
* Champion on a continuous basis consumer understanding to secure a truly consumer-led vision and strategy.
* Understand broad consumer trends and also specific consumer issues with the brand.
* Assimilate and interpret the Brand Health Check and other Quantitative data.
* Understand and use appropriately a broad range of ad hoc research tools.

Main Accountabilities
* Growth targets & A&P framework
* Brand Market Shares
* Brand Health & Key brand Attributes
* NPD launch targets
* UK/I development of premium local marketing mix and premium go to market capability
