Senior Network Engineer (CCNP)
My client is looking for a Senior Network Engineer (CCNP) to join their team. The Senior Network Engineer (CCNP) will be responsible for maintaining the Network Service and ensuring the Network is up and running. Working together with Project Manager, Solution Design Authority and the Global Network teams, the Senior Network Engineer (CCNP) will be responsible for creating detailed designs, implementing, documenting and handing over to the team. This also includes assisting Client Office in Project Scoping in front of the client.
Role and Responsibilities:
*System Configuration & Tuning of Network environments
*System implementation of Network environments
*Creation of procedures and documentation
*Working closely together with the Project Manager
*Define Scoping with the client
*Level 3 support for Network
*Consultancy & Feedback towards Support teams
Skills and Experience:
*Good knowledge of the IP protocol
*Routing and switching
*Firewalls: Cisco & Checkpoint
*Loadbalancing (Load Balancing): Cisco ACE and/or F5
*TCP/IP, DNS, Tacacs.
*(at least) Cisco CCNP level knowledge
*Juniper
*Cisco 6500
*Nexus
*Datacenter Design experience
*All routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IS-IS)
*VRF-lite
*Network Analyzing and troubleshooting tools
Attitude and Behaviour:
*Experience in the technical areas mentioned
*Knowledge of ITIL Processes is an asset
*Proficiency with documentation
*Good Communication skills
*Stress resistant

*Strong analytical skills
