Our client is a pharmaceutical company located in Walloon Brabant and is currently looking for a Document Management Assistant to reinforce their Document Management department. The Document Management Assistant will work in Walloon Brabant for at least 4 months.

Mission Description:

  • Documentation and quality support to the Medical Affairs department.
  • The mission consists generally on managing documentation (updates, review and approval, issued controlled copies, destruction)
  • The mission consists generally on managing documentation (updates, review and approval process)
  • Classifies, files, audits, receives, distributes, tracks and maintains system of classified and unclassified company documents according to established procedures and standards for security and document organization
  • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on instructions and preestablished guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Ensure update of Controlled copies in the distribution points

Specific professional/technical expertise and key skills required:

  • Bachelor degree or experience in information management/analysis, documentation, archiving,
  • 2 to 5 Years' experience in the same role
  • Soft skills: rigorous, well organized, structured, proactive, analytical mind
  • Languages: English is a must, French/Dutch is an asset
  • Experience with Datavision is a plus.
