Senior Transfer Agency (TA) Administrator

A major global financial services organisation is seeking a Senior TA Administrator to work on a contract basis in their Essex office.

Key skills required:

Good knowledge of ISAs, PEPs, Unit Trusts and OEICs (products and rules)

Ability to learn new system and develop procedures

Have a good knowledge of Excel and Word

To be flexible and adaptable.

To be able to work independently as well part of a team.

A high level of accuracy.

Be able to work to strict deadlines.

Key responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities can vary, but primary functions within the Team are the review of new account application forms for Self Certifications, contacting clients to obtain the necessary self-certification where it has not been received and the investigation of pre-existing accounts in order to classify individual accounts and entity accounts correctly for both US and UK FATCA
