Our direct client in Austin, TX is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer. This is a contract position with extensions being highly likely.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review, recommend and develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Provide ongoing technical assistance and software configuration/customization 
  • Collaborate effectively with other SeviceNow administrators to help develop global solutions
  • Perform general updates and configuration changes/requests
  • Help facilitate rollout of new applications and modules

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in computer related industry or job
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in business processes and management of general business functions
  • ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
  • Experience deploying ServiceNow
  • Experience soliciting requirements through workflow analysis and interviews with users and project stakeholders
  • Experience with IT service management processes (incident, problem, change, ESS, service catalog, configuration management database, and asset management)
  • Experience with ITIL process framework and improvement techniques
  • Understanding of technical and functional design requirements
  • Understanding of workflow engines
  • Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTTP)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP
  • Knowledge of relational databases
  • Knowledge of business process management
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, CIS, MIS, or Computer Engineering
