Customer Service/Operation Support - Public Sector - 3 month - Brighton - GBP 82 per day
My client, a large Public Sector organisation based in Brighton, has multiple vacancies for people to join their busy and fast pace Customer Service and Support Team. Working in a high call volume environment, successful candidates will have a strong background in either a call centre or busy customer service department and will need to hit the ground running.
Full training will be provided on the organisations bespoke software. 3 month initial contract with view for extension beyond that. This is an urgent requirement and applicants will need to be ready for an immediate start.
