Enterprise Provider Services is looking for an experienced Web Lead to join our team. We are looking for people to expand our web development team.

The web lead will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of high-impact, high-visibility User Interfaces. The web lead will also research, analyze, and formulate recommendations on industry best practices and new ways to leverage technologies, and will possess a determination to evolve and grow skill sets in response to the every changing web environment.
The role of the eligible candidate would also involve the evaluation and recommend appropriate usage of Rich-UI components and capabilities to enhance the user experience. You would also be responsible for leading key tracks/teams and mentoring junior team members in key Interactive technologies.
Some of these responsibilities will include the following:
Ensuring that the interactive function operates in an efficient, profitable manner
Ensuring that our interactive product remains leading edge and ahead of our competition
Ensuring that our high quality of creative and programming is upheld, maintaining consistently high standards for him/herself and others on the team
Listening, asking, hearing, prioritizing and translating client needs and information into strategic web & interactive projects, voice, messages and rationales
Collaborating and contributing to the creative process as a leader of the interactive team, and as a member of the account team
Ensuring the professional development and readiness of the interactive team
Primary Duties:
Work collaboratively with the team in developing critical components needed to support various mega program initiatives
Make judicious decisions partnering with the team on a daily basis that ensure both profitability and creative quality teamwork and professional development. Lead accordingly.
Drive constant improvement in User Interface quality and interactive capabilities.
Minimum number of years of experience required - 5 years
Top 3 - 5 Daily responsibilities - Develop and Implement database driven web-based applications, daily production support and the existing web application enhancements
Top 3 - 5 Required Skills - Java J2EE, Soap/Restful Web Services, JQuery, DBMS, XML, HTML5 and CSS
Framework - Spring 3.x and struts1.x
Development Tool: IBM RAD 7.5 or Eclipse 3.x
