My client is currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to help develop the CRM and Online Marketing campaigns within the commercial team. You will be working with 4 key suppliers and working with our internal Brand Marketing, Business Development Teams to ensure all their needs are meet to drive a commercially focused business.

The responsibilities of the Marketing Executive are:

  • Manage the delivery of partnership campaigns end to end across all marketing channels.
  • Support the Marketing team working with partners to build a strong brand halo effect.
  • Identify and manage a pipeline of marketing opportunities, including end to end responsibility for pitch preparation, presenting proposals in partner meetings and agreeing/evaluating campaigns and programs to deliver successful partnerships.
  • Deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Responsible for design & implementation of all campaigns and resolving campaign delivery challenges.
  • Deliver analysis on campaigns performance & ROI and use findings in the development of future activity based on results.
  • Own all partner deliverables including email, direct mail, webcasts & newsletters, digital marketing, social media strategies etc.
  • Gain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders including internal teams, customers but particularly partners.
  • Ensure all aspects of the partnership proposition are operating effectively through driving and maintaining internal relationships and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure we are fully aligned across marketing/comms teams.

The Marketing Executive will need to have:

  • Project management skills from initial scoping of a project through to launch, evaluation and close.
  • Strong experience working with partners to achieve joint goals.
  • Experience within a high profile brand.
  • Broad senior marketing campaign experience, planning and executing campaigns across different digital and offline channels.
  • Particularly strong digital channel experience, including campaign optimisation and analysis of ROI.
  • Strong awareness of brand marketing and brand consideration.
  • Excellent customer facing skills, ability to present ideas and concepts to partners, clearly articulating the business case and value.
  • Experience of using a campaign management application - such as Unica Affinium or Epiphany advantageous.
  • Have relevant university degree/post-graduate and/or CIM qualification.
