Senior Radio Network Planning Strategist - NPO, Strategy, Trend Analysis, RF, Architecture
RIZE's client is a leading Telecommunication organisation with Global showcase projects and a view to innovate the Radio Delivery NPO process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following.
Responsibilities
- Leading large-scale wireless network planning and optimisation delivery (more than 1000 sites).
- Rich experiences in providing Radio Network Design, Performance Optimisation, RF Technical Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture Design, and Technique Trend Analysis.
- Willingness to peer train and output the required deliverables.
- Provide Radio network planning and optimisation consulting service and responsible for operator network service solution architecture design.
- Communicate with high-level customers in the important service bidding projects, and support technical presentations and workshops
- Customise the Radio network planning and optimisation service solutions based on operator's request and be responsible for competitiveness of the solution.
- Global important RF consulting project delivery, Take responsibility for customer satisfaction.
- Identify and analyse the key RF service requirement from the valued operator, and responsible for the RF service development and optimisation.
- Analysis of RF planning and design technical development trend.
- Providing suggestions for future RF solution architecture designs.
Background & Experience
- At least 10 years RF network planning and optimisation pre-sale, delivery, solution development experiences
- Excellent telecom industry work background, such as network planning and design, solution architecture design, consulting service
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, able to communicate with CXO level stakeholders.
- Bachelor degree and above in Computer Science, Telecom, Electrical Engineering or relevant fields;
- Willingness to travel overseas.
