Responsibilities:
Support full-life cycle recruitment in accordance with global operating procedures and best practice principles, including sourcing, selection and offer development.
Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle.
Able to provide first level feedback for internal and external candidates.
Utilize direct sourcing tools and capabilities, acting as internal headhunter.
Manage the offer process for external candidates, including pre-employment screening and offer development.
Able to build strong university relations.
Owns recruitment branding in respective markets.
Ensure that hiring is consistent with the business goals.
Evaluate candidate backgrounds to match core competencies with key hiring requirements and assess motivational fit. Utilize appropriate selection techniques.
Effectively integrate diversity into the staffing process to ensure diverse candidate slates.
Achieve recruitment metrics against Global Talent Acquisition targets.

SKILLS:

Qualifications:
BA/BS in a business or science related field
3-5 years of HR/Recruiting experience within a global organization
Head-hunting/direct search experience is a must.
Credible Influencer: has strong influence skills and is both credible (respected to, listened to) and active (offers a point of view, takes a position, challenges assumptions).
Operational Executor: comfortable with working in a highly metric driven environment with a strong focus on results. Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and social media/networking sites
Prior experience working with applicant tracking systems is preferred.
