Senior Customer Project Manager - Civil Works
Project People are currently looking for a Senior Customer Project Manager on behalf of a leading blue chip telecommunication company managing a Turnkey roll out project based in the Netherlands.
The Project Manager is responsible for the end to end process (Radio planning, Site acquisition, engineering, Civil Works, I&C, Integration and Acceptance). The NRO Customer Project Manager has to manage network rollout customer projects and ensures the project goals are met and the customer expectations are fulfilled. The customer relation has to be managed in the best possible way within the possibilities and scope of the contract. The Customer Project Manager defines challenging assignments for his/her project team members and creates an inspiring environment.

Required Competence
Education/Graduation
HBO/University level (Bachelor/Master's degree) or equivalent
Human competences
- Has the ability to manage the perception of all stakeholders
- Takes the responsibility and is result driven
- Decisive and leadship skills
- Pro-activity and motivation
- Structured way of working and great attention to detail in planning and control
- Fluent Dutch and English knowledge
Business competences
- Very customer oriented and knows how ICT industry works
- Capable of managing 3rd parties
Professional competences
- Knowledge and experience with project management processes and tools (PROPS-C, PMI)
- Understands network roll out and has experience with NRO process tools to manage the milestones
- VCA Vol - certified
- Understands ICT products and networks
- Excellent presenter with Telecom background
