Mobile Billing Analyst
Our client is seeking a billing analyst to perform analysis and support of Verizon invoices fortheir mobile phone usage. The candidate will work closely with internal and external billing systems to analyze and validate vendor invoices as well as provide trend analysis. Candidate will be involved in various projects ranging from adhoc reporting and data analysis to database building and data maintenance.
The candidate will assist with the financial monitoring of mobile phone usage .The candidate will also provide support for trend analysis and inventory utilization.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or specialized training.
- Three years experience analysing mobile invoices
- Experience with data reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal skills.
- Working directly with all levels of staff and management in the customer departments, as well as different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
- Administrative experience
- Attention to detail
Software experience:
- Microsoft Word, Visio, and Powerpoint.
- Expert knowledge of Excel required.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Experience working in state government
- Analyzingmobile vendor invoices.
- Highly desired is prior billing Support employee of Verizon Wireless if not AT&T or Sprint experience
- Providing billing support
- Experience working in IT financial organizations
- Managing and updating inventory, manipulating data sets
- SharePoint as a user
- Phone allocations
