Contract OptoMechanical Designer - Solidworks - Kent

Based in Kent, our client is looking for a Contract Mechanical Design Engineer. Ideally the candidate will have a working knowledge of Solidworks or similar 3D design packages and have experience of designing precision instruments or optical components. An Aerospace or Defence background advantageous though not essential.

Key skills:
- Exposure of FEA packages (ANSYS or Solidworks Simulation)
- Experience in the use of Solidworks or similar CAD.
- Experience in Design of Optical or Precision instruments.
- Aerospace or Defence Background.
