Your tasks:
- Analyze operational requirements
- Identify, document and catalogue operational requirements
- Participate with operational and development groups in the elaboration of functional requirements
- Write and maintain functional specification
- Participate to the qualification phase of the solutions and provide functional sign-off
- Participate to the elaboration of business cases
Your qualifications
- Very good Business Analysis experience
- Strong knowledge of IT Operations
- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix and Relational databases (LAMP)
- Good ITIL knowledge
- Good experience on large or complex projects in a high availability environment
- Strong language skills (English)
