In EB Operations, the Business Transformation for Service Excellence department is the support to EB Operations in terms of Finance, Business Training, Enabling Technology, Risk, Communication, people engagement and administration. We work in close collaboration with all Management levels of both Divisions.
Our team Scheduling and Forecasting focuses on the Financial part and is responsible for the Budget, the business processes monitoring and associated HC needed, Internal Mobility and related management reportings for the EB Ops divisions whatever the location in Belgium, Hong Kong or Poland.
In the frame of a strategical project, a new assignment has been given to us and will focus on the integration of a Unit cost model in our current infrastructure.
To allow this in an efficient way, we will take the opportunity to put our current infrastructure to a hire maturity level: going from hundreds Excel spreadsheets to a flexible platform enabling the spread of the unit cost model to other business and the integration in other Management reporting.
You will work as infrastructure expert providing both direction and leadership
You will develop a new platform allowing flexibility, efficiency, transversality and ergonomy on a long term basis
You will be required to ensure availability, supportability, security and stability of the infrastructure
You will be driving technical analysis and projects to make evolve the infrastructure to meet the Standards and answer requests and needs coming from projects
You will train our internal clients and team members
You will be working on a 6 months project.
All tasks are performed in a Continuous improvement mindset.
Profile:
Candidates should have:
- senior expertise in implementation of Unit cost model in other institutions
- 5 years experience in the Datamodelling with a strong understanding of Data analyzis and Reporting principles
- Senior expertise in MS Office tools knowledge (Excel, SQL server, VBA, Access) and Sharepoint
- SQL/DB2 and SAS is an asset
- Familiar with Database Warehousing and cross platform connectivity
- Ability to quickly understand the needs of internal clients, analyze the impact of the new demand, propose solutions and drive the implementation within the environmental standards, policy and process.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
