SAP SLM Consultant/Project Manager - Dutch Speaking

You will work in the role of Service Level Manager within the ICT Service Planning Department of the IT Operations department, and for a number of assigned business domains: HR, Finance, Logistics, Facility Management and Purchase

From that responsibility you must:

- Make sure that new and ongoing IT services can be as agreed with the internal customer, the service organisations are properly equipped to take care of you and the Service Level Reporting offered.
- Define and discuss the agreed services in a formal SLA document that keeps you constantly up to date.
- Represent your internal clients on the Change Advisory Board ( CAB ) to ensure the quality and releases can be done without disturbing the agreed services as agreed.
- Define the budget to deliver the ongoing ICT services by appointment, follow the actual monthly expenses, record it and report it to your internal customers.
- Ensure a proper and transparent internal system by taking these services.
- Ensure your hands on the proper administration of the SLM Framework (relationships between applications and services and the associated service characteristics such as service hours, Business Importance Level, critical periods, etc.) in the supporting tool (LanDesk) so that the information at any time is up to date with the agreed service in the SLA texts.
- Create measures to increase (eg cleanup of unused resources, licensing and auditing of critical underpinning contracts, etc)

Required Skills:

- You have a master, preferably in a commercial direction with a specialization in IT.
- You are fluent in Dutch (mother tongue) and English.
- You preferably have a certification in ITIL.
- Knowledge of the business processes within the utilities sector is an advantage.
- Background in one or more SAP environments (HR, FI/CO, SRM, WMS) is an advantage.

Experience:

- At least 5 years experience in the same or similar function/role in an ICT environment of similar complexity and size.
