Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2426for a Senior IT Project Manager (f/m) in Front System Area
Project environment
As Senior IT Project Manager in a Swiss Bank, you will be managing one or several rather complex projects in the Front System Area (e.g. external Asset Management, Computability, Investment Products).
Tasks
• Leading the respective project team.
• Ensure plans and scope of IT programs / projects are in line with the overall IT Strategy.
• Complying with Project Management methodologies.
• Support, manage and prioritize requirements together with the business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
• Facilitate escalation of issues and manage the budget and resource plans.
Requirements
• All-Rounder with general knowledge about Banking Business.
• Focus is on Project Management skills – particularly planning, tracking and coordination.
• Experience in leading large and international projects as well as project teams.
• Experiences in managing rather complex application projects (Releases, Functional Enhancements, Upgrades, Developments, Integration) in a challenging environment.
• Ability to analyze risks and patterns of behaviour to recognize major problems in a very early stage.
• Ability to recognize business trends duly and analyse their impact for clients.
• Experience with MS Project.
• Equivalent IPMA level B or PMP Certification is a major advantage.
• In depth skills in Business Analysis and IT are not required.
Soft skills
• Fluent in German and English (oral and written).
• Good communicator (Stakeholder-Management).
• Proactive work-style with a fast adjustment to new topics.
• Person with strong personality, character and role model in leadership.
