Next Ventures are currently looking for a Lead Support Consultant to join a 3 months + extensions project based in Brussels, Belgium.

Required Skills -

L1/L2 level support analyst with ITIL awareness
Excellent communication skills and team spirit
Log and analyze Incidents and Problems
Run sanity checks (Manual and Automated)
Incident assignment and follow up with involved parties
Handle Service Requests
Align with SLA's and report SLA breaches and escalate when required
Arrange meetings to update Management on performance, availability.
Technical analysis to review logs and categorize the incidents to right Configuration Item/Application
Proactive monitoring and follow up on critical outages
Reporting on statistics of Incident Management,SLA's etc
Finance Domain knowledge + ITIL is added advantage
