For an enterprise organisation in Noord Brabant we are looking for a Senior business process consultant.Deliver and contribute to assigned Projects and Non Standard Changes in described Industrial Facility Management domain.
The Business Process Consultant/Analyst acts as a first IT contact for Business key players and Business process owners.
As a consultant you assess, change and refine business processes and related information systems to continuously increase their effectiveness.
You are the link between the Operations organization (esp. industrial Facility Management), the IT organization and the outsourcing partners.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Manage planning and execution of assigned Projects and Non Standard Changes:
- Create functional designs, use cases and documentation.
- Create high level milestone plan and share plan with customer and service provider.
- Validate and challenge estimates from service provider and document initial and final estimates.
- Registrate project/NSC deliverable progress and status.
Specials
1. Sound knowledge and experience with Buildings & Access management, Environment Health & Safety, Sustainability Performance Management & Reporting, SCADA integration, Corporate Facilities.
2. Detailed knowledge of IT systems supporting Facility Management processes: SAP EH&S (integration with SAP MM, PP, LE), Plannon, ProWatch, SCADA applications.
General information
At least five to nine years experience with (industrial) Facility Management & Safety processes in a discrete manufacturing industry (complex products, low volumes).
