IT Consultant
8 month contract - Limerick
This is a great opportunity for a hand on Technical Consultant to work with one of the world's most admired companies. The successful candidate will join a global leader in the provision of asset management, fiduciary, banking, asset servicing and fund administration solutions for individuals, families, corporations and institutions worldwide. The successful candidate will take a critical position in the implementation of several finance based systems. You will have the proven ability to work autonomously taking control of the project from conception to roll out. This role may suit a strong Business Systems Analyst with an in-depth knowledge of the Systems Development Lifecycle seeking a hands on position where they will gain experience managing a project throughout the full SDLC single handed.
Requirements:
- Must have in-depth knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle
- Experience in system testing and test script writing
- Experience of the billing function.
- Experience of implementing Finance Systems (SAP, Oracle, Other PeopleSoft Modules)
- Exposure to accounts structure and defining models within cash management would be preferred.
- Previous exposure to Polaris system would be advantageous but is not essential
- Strong communication skills including fluent English is essential
- Experience liaising with off shore teams would be a benefit
