I am currently looking for a team of InfoSphere Support Consultants to work on a 4 month extendable contract for a market leading ICT client of mine in Johannesburg, South Africa.

1.1 Current MIH v9 environment
- Follow these procedures in the order listed below to manually upgrade InfoSphere MDM Custom Domain Hub:
- Back up your existing database.
- Back up your Configuration data from the Configuration and Management schema (if you are using separate schemas). For more information, see the section on importing and exporting configurations.
- Back up your customized extensions, additions, and properties.
- Export the deployed enterprise application from the previous release, and saving it to a temporary directory.
1.2 Upgrade Process
- Install InfoSphere MDM Custom Domain Hub 10.1.0 using the installer with a new database schema.
- Apply your customizations to the new MIH.ear file provided with InfoSphere MDM Custom Domain Hub 10.1.0. Extract the upgrade assets.
- Upgrade the old InfoSphere MDM Custom Domain Hub database.
- Upgrade the Event Manager database. Ignore this step if you are upgrading from InfoSphere MDM Custom Domain Hub 10.0.0.
- Redeploy the new MIH.ear file containing your customizations and point to the upgraded InfoSphere MDM Custom Domain Hub 10.1.0 database.
- Migrate the Configuration and Management data to your upgraded database.
