Our client is undergoing a major transformation program across several areas of their business. Part of their transition program is the transition of in house applications into an outsource supplier.
In this role, you will prepare a transition plan, manage pre-transition processes and ensure the communication and change management plan is well thought out and well executed. You will also manage a variety of transition related activities with existing and future suppliers. You will need to build a coalition and strong relationships wtih stakeholders in order to ensure all supplier and stakeholder needs are met.
You will use your background in Project and Change Management to manage issues and risks, as well as project governance. We are looking for someone with previous experience in application support services transition to an outsourced supplier, strong understanding of Project Management methodology, strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM, and excellent team management skills. You will likely come from a background in applications and have a strong understanding of the application life cycle.
