My client, a SME organisation are currently seeking a HR Advisor on a 12 month contract based in West Yorkshire. As the HR Advisor you'll report into the HR Director and be responsible for circa 1200 staff throughout the UK. Also a full driving licence is essential
ROLE OUTLINE:
To provide pragmatic, operational HR support to Senior Management/Managers line with Company approach. To deliver added value to the business through providing commercially focused solutions that help meet business objectives
Build strong, professional relationships with Management teams and regularly participate in Senior Management Team meetings.
Provide commercially focussed advice and support to Managers on all Employee Relations issues in line with Company procedures including disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence issues Raise and improve business/Managers awareness of current and new Employment Legislation as well as other corporate initiatives.
Produce Monthly HR report and accurate statistics for HR Manager by the required deadlines Analyse and Identify trends and proactively address issues of high turnover, sickness and cost savings with the Business unit(s) supported.
THE CANDIDATE:
CIPD Qualified
Experience in complex ER casework
Lead on change management initiatives such as TUPE, redundancies and restructuring projects
