My client a large global brand is looking for a Facility Manager on a contract basis.
The role includes all operational delivery of all Facilities Management (FM) services within the UK 'Field Site Managed' property portfolio ensuring value for money through robust supplier management and proactively influencing stakeholder's expectations.
You will be responsible for ensuring the Estate meets legislative, regulatory and environmental standards; services therein need to be commensurate with the clients cultural and brand values Responsible for ensuring that the relevant part of the UK managed estate is maintained (and services delivered) within operating budget, and the identification of capital asset replacements so that the availability of the estate to staff is optimised.
- To hold full membership of the BIFM.
- Possess a health & safety qualification such as NEBOSH, IOSH etc.
