Montash have been engaged by a Global Organisation to source and secure a Senior Computer Security Incident Handler to work in a complex and fast paced environment

Responsibilities

Performing incident response related tasks

Analyse and disclose when necessary information needed to protect systems and network

Collect all artefacts necessary for incident analysis, in a forensically sound manner

Identifying and collecting malware samples, (standard, targeted or zero day attacks)

Contributing to improving service description, maturity and tools

Providing support to other IT security operations teams

Skills and Requirements

Master university degree or equivalent qualifications in the IT or IT security field

Security certifications such as CISSP, SANS GIAC, Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA) are preferred.

Must be able to participate in multi-lingual meetings (English and French)

Should have the ability to define problems, collect data, analyse, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, with rigour and exactness, where not all the information is available

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, even under pressure, meeting multiple deadlines is required.
