Urgently required - HR Consultant - 6 months - North West Paris - French and English

Position Purpose:

The Consultant, HR is responsible for providing assistance to supporting the France Senior HRBP, in the planning, organizing, directing, supervising, managing all local HR activities

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Required :

  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or Psychology recommended
  • Proven effective office, administrative and organizational skills
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HRIS systems a plus; particularly PeopleSoft
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Ability to manage personal workload
  • Ability to take on special projects when needed

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, coordinate and support Senior HRBP France on disciplinary actions, terminations and reductions in force.
  • Support Senior HRBP for work council, Employees Representatives, Security & Health Committee. Relations and ensure legal compliance regarding processes, documents and all administrative duties.
  • Support Sr HRBP France for employee grievances and conflict.
  • Assist in the administration of employee exit processes.
  • Assist with reporting needs, including regularly scheduled reports (ie, weekly & monthly) and ad hoc requests.
  • Participate in HR special projects as needed.
  • Support Sr HRBP into the development and "maintenance" of Company policies, processes and local agreements ( NAO, local cie agreements negotiations etc )
  • Coordinate with the France extended HR Team (Recruiter, & HR Live) to collect and complete data entry tasks and transactions.
  • Manage training coordination activities for Riffed employees as required
  • Act as liaison between HR and various departments (ie, Payroll, HR Live, ITS) to facilitate communications, support business needs and help resolve system discrepancies
  • Ensure all Purchase Orders and invoices are proceed on time and correctly for all HRBP' activities Suppliers.
  • Facilitate HRBP agenda by interacting with all internal and external clients requests.
