SAP HR & success factors Consultant
Responsibilities:
As a member of the HR team, the SAP HR & Success Factors Consultant is supporting the Associate Director HR Technology in
the design of improvements to the HR systems and in the running of current HR processes.
Design improvements on existing implementation of Compensation and Variable Pay in Success Factors and interface to SAP HR.
Conduct system data audit by extracting information from the SAP HR system (Ad-Hoc Queries)
Technical skills:
SAP HR (and more specifically the modules Enterprise Compensation Management and Personnel Cost Planning)
Success Factors (and more specifically the modules Compensation and Variable Pay)
HR processes (and more specifically compensation & benefits and workforce planning)
Min years' experience required: 5 years.
Personal skills:
English: Excellent literacy (written & spoken)
