Operations SME Controls Equities/FI Audit - £500 per day
This is a fantastic opportunity for a very good Operations line person who wants to do something different. Or someone with a strong Operations background they wish to capitalise upon in a projects role.
The area within which the position sits was established in 2013 to drive rapid, radical and sustained improvement of the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) control environment. The team deal with Quality Assurance and Audit Trail maintenance for Risk & Controls.
Essential:
- Operations trade life cycle knowledge; affirmations, confirmations, settlements/breaks, failed trades, internal trades.
- Equities/FI experience in the above parts of the trade life cycle
- Self-starter and autonomous whilst still a true teamplayer
- Experience looking at evidence and putting picture together of f2b processes for Operations stakeholders.
- Experience challenging and identifying gaps
- Investment Banking experience - significant
