Insurance Claims Handler - Wellingborough - £16,000 to £18,000

One of the most highly respected companies in the financial services sector, are currently looking to recruit a Personal Injury Insurance Claims Handler, to join them at their most exciting time, on a temporary basis. The company have a brilliant reputation for looking after their people, and offer an honest and supportive working environment.
With this role comes an attractive package; basic salary up to £18,000, annual bonus, discounted products, 25 days holiday, onsite car parking, and much more.
Based within the Personal Injury claims department, you will be part of the claims handling team responsible for:
* Handling personal injury Insurance claims.
* Resolving enquiries quickly and efficiently.
* Providing first class customer service.
* Providing advice on the claims processes.
* Payment processing and recovery from third parties.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience within customer service, excellent written and telephone based communication skills, and the ambition and drive to meet often challenging deadlines.
Handling personal injury and/or motor claims is preferable though not essential.
