Description
We work with requirement management, technical coordination, common integration environment, system verification, training and CPI for parts that are common to the Core Networks products. The challenge is to managing the migration of all existing Core Networks products, currently on about ten different platforms, towards one common application platform, consisting of PL Platforms Common Components and some Components developed and owned CI&A.
To succeed with this challenging task, we need a system manager with good understanding and strong interest of CBA, EAG and ECIM and with IMS, UDM and Mobile Core knowledge from a technical and business perspective. In depth knowledge of requirement handling and experience with Focal Point is required; experience from technical or strategic product management is good to have.
You will work both in the short and long term perspective. This includes acting proactively to secure that we have requirements fulfilling the needs of the Core Networks products, being devoted to following up on existing requirements from study to delivery, act professionally in negotiating requirements and roadmaps in governance fora with technical and strategic product managers and successfully prioritize requirements between products, between releases and between Common Components, with focus on both short term and long term goals.
As requirements are spanning over all Core Networks, developed in five countries, communication and meetings will be a large portion of your daily work. You need to have excellent communication and presentation skills, be fluent in English and be able to effectively have meetings and communicate over phone, MS Lync and VisualCom.

You should have:
- Many years of experience in telecom and datacom
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience from system management/requirement management on E2E (IMS,UDM, Mobile Core) network level
- Experience from system management/requirement management on Ericsson platforms, such as CBA, TSP, IS, OMP
- Experience with requirement management and Focal Point
- Knowledge about Ericsson generic requirements
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
- Custom focus and ability to understand high-level product/customer requirements and translate them into low-level requirements
