Nice Voice Recording Engineer - Brisbane CBD

Our client is a leading Australian Systems Integrator with a National presence. Based in Brisbane's CBD you will be working onsite at a leading financial institution supporting their current contact centre practice.
Excellent communication skills are a priority for this role as you will be representing a national organisation in a very tight knit but successful team.
You will be joining one of the most respected and fastest growing IT services and telecomms companies in the country in a client facing contract capacity.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills for this client facing role, coupled with the latest industry certifications if possible. This role is based within a Tier 1 financial organisation located in the Brisbane CBD.
A strong background supporting the Nice recording suite will be a definite advantage for this role.
Alternative call recording and voice experience may be considered for this role.
Your background will preferably be Nice Applications, Nice logger softwares, VoIP logger software, Nice Universe application, Vantive, BizDoc, Time Track etc.
Earlier versions of the Nice Recording Suite may be suitable if you have good overall experience.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar role, together with a good Voice background preferably.
