My Investment Banking client based in Bromley, Kent is currently seeking a Migration Administrator to join their Client Migration Team.

Key Skills for a Migration Administration:

*MUST have Banking experience.
*Excellent Telephone manner.
*Self motivating, flexible, proactive; excellent team player and able to work independent of direct supervision.
*Good PC Skills ie Microsoft Office Suite but more importantly ability to learn new systems quickly.
*Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external contacts.
*Strong Microsoft Office skills - specifically Excel.
*Strong organisational skills.
*Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

The role:

*This position is specifically working to set up, monitor and deliver a new solution.
*Position will require candidate to communicate with clients by email and over the telephone, so excellent communication skills required.
*Candidate will be required to learn the new application to a high standard so as to train and walk the clients the migration process, as well as provide ongoing support during the transition period.
*Candidate will need to monitor each client's pre and post migration activities to ensure all activities are on track and provide regular status updates, typically via Excel spreadsheet.
*Prospective candidate must be able to demonstrate that their knowledge and skill set would complement and bring added value to the wider Servicing and Fulfilment Teams.
*Language skills are not required but any would be an advantage.
