My client a leading Financial Institution with an international presence is looking for Graduate Recruiter who can handle the pressure, work at a fast pace and who can always deliver.

Contract: 6 months

Rate: a day

Department overview:

The graduate recruitment team sit within the HR department and are split across the 3 main divisions, Corporate Infrastructure, Global Markets and Investment Banking.

Role description:

  • Serve as the Companys relationship manager with key contacts at universities (ie careers services, placement offices, deans, faculties, societies.)
  • Drive the recruiting effort for the designated region - thinking creatively, strategically, commercially and competitively
  • Own and drive complete strategic and marketing initiatives on campus (eg emails, e-shots, advertisements and poster)
  • Project manage and attend all campus events (eg information sessions, workshops, case studies, presentations etc.)
  • End to end support and execution of key recruitment pipeline programmes (eg Winter, Spring, Summer Interns, Work Placements, Off Cycles)
  • Keep abreast of trends in recruitment, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking
  • Build relationships with key recruiting contacts within the business (eg Team Captains) and partner with them on regional strategy/business plans
  • Work with the business to highlight strong candidates on campus and ultimately develop and coach them throughout the process
  • Monitor and help drive the sell process for all candidates once an offer has been extended
  • Work with team members on recruiting projects such as summer intern events and assessment techniques
  • Produce metrics reports analysing key recruitment metrics

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

  • Partnering with clients and colleagues: solid communication and relationship management skills; client facing and credible; strong negotiation skills; ability to develop internal and external relationships; ability to manage diverse stakeholders and to build networks quickly
  • Results-orientated: ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered to clients
  • Strong Project Management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and project plan on an annual basis
  • Strong analytical skills. Critical analysis, forward thinking; ability to foresee the impact of emerging trends/patterns
  • Strong team player: ability to work effectively in teams a must Solid knowledge of the financial services industry; knowledge of campus recruiting a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline driven and fast paced environment
  • Must be willing to travel
