Description
Our client is looking for an in-house recruitment specialist who has strong in-house experience, a minimum of 1 year who has worked in either a hospitality or seasonal recruitment environment. The role is a 6 month contract with a possibility of it being extended.
They are a fast paced and growing company with a unique offering and provide key services to their clients that provides a luxury concierge and hospitality service as well as specific project management expertise.
As a result they need recruiters who have dealt with:
- volume recruitment (70 roles) hiring low level manual labour roles as well as executive roles
- running open and assessment days and it is an advantage if you have conducted psychometric testing
- managing PSL's and supply chain management
