System Dynamics, Ireland's leading IT services has an urgent requirement for an experienced Business Analyst to join our project team in Dublin.
Project Background:
System Dynamics is undertaking an upgrade of its customer documentation moving to an industry best of standard solution. Requirements must be gathered and a gap analysis completed comparing the existing letters and new features and data fields coming from our new administration system.
Skill:
- Experience directly on a customer documentation project or experience with customer documentation as part of a larger system project.
- An understanding of the difficulties posed in gathering documentation requirements.
- Preferably some Insurance industry experience or a high level of other financial experience with a good understanding of the insurance industry.
- A technical background and an understanding of writing functional specifications that developers can build from.
- A good understanding of data and data migration
- Excellent workshop facilitation experience and skills
3 month initial contract. Immediate starts possible. Competitive
