Introduction

The department for this vacancy is a dedicated team that is responsible for large and small structural improvement projects within Operations (Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality).

In this department they:

* Manage the execution of non-PGP (cross)-sector structural improvement projects from initiation to line-transfer based on years of proven experience;

* act as an efficient single point of contact for IT matters;

* facilitate and implement: One vision, one roadmap and one goal for the whole of operations to enable operational excellence;

* Enable worldwide Operational Excellence for the client by executing (cross-sector) non-PGP projects within all sectors of Operations, prioritized by the business roadmap.

Job Mission

The Sector Information and Account Manager (SIAM) for Manufacturing is the linking pin between the factories in the area Eindhoven, IT and Operational Structural Improvements. Furthermore he/she has maintains a close link with the SIAM for the 3 factories outside the arae Eindhoven.

Job Description

Main responsibilities

Single point of contact to the stakeholders of the 2 products. Works together with senior management within ASML's factories to define an overall manufacturing business information plan based on the client manufacturing and IT strategies and priorities. He/she ensures that the customer's voice is recognized and translates demands into clear and crisp project proposals (IT and non-IT). Facilitates the half-yearly prioritization process for TF & EF projects, works together with business stakeholders on all levels to prepare project for initiation and ensures controlled project execution by adhering to the corporate Project Management Method and coaching of project leaders;

Single point of contact to the competence center operations and its solution teams within corporate IT. Understands IT's processes to balance the factories' requirements and expectations and coordinates running and upcoming projects, non-standard-changes and standard services (SLAs).

Education

Bachelor/Master degree in technical area, IT or business administration.

Preferably certified in project and program management (PRINCE2/PMI/IPMA)

Experience

Over 5 years in the interface between business and IT, preferable in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Good knowledge of both the Dutch and English language
