My Client is currently looking for a self driven HR Coordinator to join a fast paces environment in West Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop you HR knowledge and gain further skills.
THE ROLE:
- First point of contact for all HR queries, providing support and advice to employees and managers
- Undertake projects as and when required
- Facilitate Meet and Greets sessions for new starters
- Support managers with attendance management
- Conduct exit Interviews
THE CANDIDATE:
- CIPD Qualified
- Ability to prioritise
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of ER
- Strong Mircosoft Office skill, Word, Excel and Outlook
