SAP MII (Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence) Support Analyst
Key Skills:
- Good technical knowledge of SAP-MII platform to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Communication skills with IT teams supporting the infrastructure
- Basic understanding of project management
- Administrative skills and accuracy in execution of tasks and plans.
- Fluently create documents and formulate activities
- Good knowledge of MS Office and interest in different computer systems
- Good communication skills with business people to act quickly in case of issues
- Some flexibility in working hours is required
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management for internal guidelines
- English and Dutch, spoken and written
About the role:
Providing support
- For the SAP-MII application used at the different sites
- For the validation activities associated with IT applications in the MAKE area (ISA-S95 - Level 3) ensuring that all compliance issues and requirements of the company Validation Policies and Procedures are addressed
- For project management activities for projects in Digital printing/Serialization area
MII application (Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence)
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to the business in case of SAP-MII application issues based on own SAP-MII expertise
- Suggest and sometimes may implement innovation and continuous improvement within SAP-MII application
- Manage relationships externally (with application vendor) and internally (business and IT)
Validation
- Serves as validation engineer for the Validation process and responsibilities to ensure compliance
- Create and review Validation Master Plans, Protocols, Summary Reports and other documentation associated with validations, as appropriate for each validation exercise
- High understanding of GMP, Compliance, Validation Practices including the system development life cycle and Regulatory expectations
- Working experience of validation computer systems for use in a FDA regulated environment.
Project management
- Can assist in project management/execution of ongoing serialization/digital printing projects.
- Assist in/create and manage project execution
