Description
Our client in Alpharetta is looking for a developer to help create their next generation platform for desktop automation and activity intelligence. This person will do some development in C#/C++, developer browser extensions and injected Javascript, participate in Scrum meetings, develop unit tests and work with support to resolve customer issues. You must be capable of working in a fast-moving, agile, start-up environment.
Required:
- 3 years of software development experience
- Strong Javascript skills
- Experience writing browser extensions for IE, Chrome or Firefox
- jQuery experience
- Some experience with .NET C#, Java or C++
- Experience with DOM interaction
- Knowledge of browser internals
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jasmine
- Strong debugging and problem solving skills
Education and Experience:
BS degree is Computer Science or related technical engineering degree or equivalent experience
Desired Skills:
- Capable of consuming asnd understanding existing code base
- Able to communicate effectively with development teams as well as Senior Management
- Able to multitask and function well under pressure
- Good problem solving skills and able to present technical issues and status updates to development and management teams
