This a fantastic opportunity to work for a enterprise sized Telecommunication company.

Skills and Experience required:

* A good working knowledge of English
* work experience: min. 5 years
* Oracle: SQL, PL/SQL.
* Data modelling.
* ETL processes.
* web services: SOAP, WSDL, REST.
* Oracle streams.
* Oracle OBIEE.
* Security/Certification business.
* Big Data or NoSQL databases.
* Extensive programming experience with Java programming language and Java Enterprise Edition systems (Tomcat etc.)
* Experience in production Web systems characterised by high-end performance, reliability, availability, scalability, and security. Ideally using REST (jax-rs).
* Excellent knowledge of development (design, building, testing, debugging etc.) on Windows or/and Solaris (including the use of the build tools like ant or maven; source control systems like CVS, SVN or Perforce and defect tracking systems like bugzilla or JIRA)
* Excellent hands-on knowledge of the best Practices used on a day-to-day basis
* Familiar with relevant industry standards and trends
* Displays energy and initiative in solving daily problems. Follows all possible avenues to get the job done. Identifies and confronts problems, proposes solutions or escalates when appropriate.
* Can communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with team members and with other groups, if necessary. Is seen as approachable by others. Good technical documentation skills.
* Organises own schedule to deliver on commitments in a timely manner. Produces plans that are visible and useful to Team Leader.
* Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, and strives towards excellence.
* Is decisive on issues affecting own work/domain even when confronted with equally attractive options; or when all of the facts are not available.
* Recognises discordant views and takes part in constructive dialogue.
