An Imaging Design Engineer is required by a global leading semiconductor organisation on a long term contract basis. Their systems are used by the major semiconductor manufacturers to create integrated circuits that power an array of electronic, communications and IT products.Job Responsibilities
An Imaging Design Engineer is responsible for:
• Developing expertise in how design choices in Optical Hardware and Software and choices in the application influence imaging performance.
• Predicting performance in future optical product designs by means of sophisticated simulation tools or you will create tests and analysis tools to assess the performance of scanners and facilitate an effective trouble-shooting process.
• Being part of a project team, working to meet a shared goal against challenging constraints, making test plans, carrying out analyses, reporting results and conclusions. Also interface with other projects, manufacturing, marketing, customer support and with the customer.
Job Requirement
• BSc or MSc degree in in Physics, Optics, Nano technology
• BSc degree together with 5 years experience; MSc degree together with 2 years experience
• Strong experienced background in the semiconductor industry (preferably in lithography)
