About UsCargiant is the largest single site car supermarket, due to expansion we are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our Finance team.
The purpose of this role is to process and match online applications with suitable finance companies to facilitate the purchase of a car at Cargiant.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Assisting customers, business managers and finance companies with finance application queries
- Contacting customers and confirming their finance applications
- Submitting finance applications to relevant finance companies
- Advising customers of the application outcome
- Requesting finance agreements from finance companies
- Faxing finance contracts off to relevant finance companies on time
- Ensuring all documentation is complete for payout, dealing with documentation errors
- Recording dealer commissions on Cargiant system
About You
- Customer service background within the Finance industry would be beneficial
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Keen eye for detail
