My client, an NHS organisation in London, is looking to secure an interim Workforce and Organisational Development Consultant/Programme Lead for an initial 3 month contract with an immediate start. Dependant on success of delivery this opportunity would provide an extension of 12 months. A brilliant opportunity for the right person.
The organisation as a whole is a large provider of primary, community and other specialist healthcare services. The organisation has recently developed a new OD programme which needs to be driven throughout the workforce and organisational set-up across various clusters within a geographical area.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the development of the OD programme, coordinating all the resources available to the various practices and must have the ability to remain as the critical lead in delivery of the OD transformation agenda, implementing and embedding the best in class HR practices in the organisation is also crucial.
To apply for this role and stand in chance of moving forward to interview stage, the candidate will:
- Have significant HR/OD experience at senior level within the NHS
- A demonstrable track record of implementing organisational development/change programmes
- Solid experience of developing and implementing HR/OD strategies, policies and initiatives in order to deliver business goals ACROSS various localities or depts or organisations
- Actively encourage learning, innovation and improvement
- Inspiration, resilience and passion about OD, change and improving NHS standards are a must.
- ability to manage stakeholders and clinical leads
