Description

Communications specialist is required for a leading Financial Organisation based in London, it is to work on the launch of an Academy, ensuring integrated comms with all other HR related projects. Expertise needs to be around project communications in the context of career and talent/learning development.

Essential

  • An experienced communications professional with a background in internal  communications or similar campaign/change background, sound business acumen and experience of programme/project communications.
  • Proven experience in creating and delivering communications strategies and plans aligned to business objectives, including measurement techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Confident, in all areas of your work, particularly when dealing with senior people, and the ability to present sound, well- reasoned arguments.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders; good team working skills; corporate citizenship awareness and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly under pressure.
  • Creative with solutions and able to transform ideas into practical reality that are aligned to the brand
  • Awareness of best practice communications standards
