Consumer Engagement Manager - B2B/B2C - Retail - Communications - SME

Consumer/Communication Manager role sits within the Smart Metering Programme. The post holder will work in the Retail & Commercial work stream, reporting to the Smart Brand, Communications & Consumer Engagement Lead, who leads the work stream developing and delivering communications and consumer engagement programmes

Key Responsibilities

  • Engagement plans - managing consumer engagement to deliver to the promise, building awareness and demand for smart meters
  • Developing consumer engagement and communications plans relevant to agreed specific customer segments or propositions
  • Developing key consumer benefits for each customer segment
  • Developing SME consumer engagement and communications plans, in alignment with B2B
  • Communications and consumer engagement channels development
  • Strategic partnering and marketing partnership development with appropriate trusted organisations

Required Skills

  • Significant professional experience managing consumer engagements ideally within a Retail, Utilities, Telecoms or Financial Services client
  • Proven Communications Management experience
