Position Summary:
This position will support the client by managing external communication activities including events and webinars, digital marketing and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communications, social media and thought leadership campaigns that support client business objectives
- Ensure client coverage in external media by partnering with internal experts and corporate communications professionals
- Manage media inquiries on a timely basis including coordinating with corporate communications and client spokespeople on new inquiries, gathering client supporting information, and identifying clients/Pangea3 experts for interviews.
- Partner with P3 marketers and internal experts to develop events and webinars
- Lead the development of whitepapers, blogs, articles, case studies and customer testimonials
- Support the digital marketing strategy on Twitter and LinkedIn
- Proactively identify and manage client global award submissions
- Monitor client and competitive press coverage and communicate trends to internal stakeholders and P3 leadership
- Assist client spokespeople with preparing for speaking engagements and external presentations
- Develop relationships with the client leadership team, corporate communications and internal experts
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational, writing, and oral communication skills
- 4 years of public relations or media relations experience for the legal industry a must
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with the press and blogger community
- Experience generating positive coverage for companies
- Expertise building audiences using social media platforms
- Must be an action-oriented individual with a high degree of confidence, intellectual curiosity and a passion to succeed
- Bachelor's Degree is required for this role.
